This case study focused on how structured rollout planning, system design, and launch processes transformed a complex vendor integration into a high-adoption revenue channel across mobile apps and browser extensions.

KashKick introduced Daily Rewards to improve retention and repeat engagement by giving users lightweight, recurring ways to earn value each day. This case study focuses on how a structured approach to testing daily engagement systems generated clear retention signals, informed prioritization decisions, and defined when further investment was not justified.

ADCC Submission Fighting World Championship, is considered the most prestigious submission grappling tournament in the world. The purpose of ADCC’s website redesign was to promote ADCC’s World Championship for 2022.

 

Wormhole Labs Virtual Tour Mobile Application

A virtual tour app where real estate agents can create virtual tours of properties and share them with interested buyers. This is a case study on how we took a partially built monolith app with 0 users and turned into a mobile app that now has 132 whitelisted users.

There are very little tools to help surgery centers prepare for their accreditation survey or help ensure ongoing compliance. I conducted research and designed a set of applications that addressed key problems related to ASC accreditation.
